Microgreens Planner Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Microgreens Planner handles data for its seed-to-sale production-planning service.

Data we process / İşlediğimiz veriler
- Account: email address, Supabase user ID, authentication session, locale, country, currency, units and grower setup.
- Production: crops, recipes, batches, tasks, notes, selected journal photos, harvests, yields, costs, orders, team members and grow locations that you enter.
- Notifications: Firebase Installation ID, app version, locale, timezone, reminder preference and delivery records.
- Billing: Google Play product, purchase token, order, tier and status. Payment details are collected and controlled by Google Play, not by this app.

Why we process it / İşleme amaçları
We use the data to authenticate users, synchronize production records, calculate plans and analytics, store user-selected journal photos, deliver requested reminders, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use production records for advertising.

Service providers / Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL, Edge Functions and private file storage. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers optional reminders. Google Play processes Android subscriptions. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms and may process it in other countries.

Retention and deletion / Saklama ve silme
Cloud account data is kept while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Users can permanently delete the account in the Android app or through the external account-deletion page. Deletion removes account-linked production rows and journal-photo objects. Google Play may retain transaction records when required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Security and choices / Güvenlik ve tercihler
Network traffic uses HTTPS, database and Storage access use authenticated user policies, and app-private data is excluded from Android cloud backup. Users can disable reminders, export production reports, edit records and request deletion. No system can guarantee absolute security.
